POLICIES

All bookings must be booked in advance. I will send a confirmation message the day before your appointment to confirm. Please ensure you are ready to avoid delays.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours before. Clients who do not show up for an appointment will be charged and will be required to pay upfront for future bookings.

Payment is required at the end of your service. I have eftpos available and accept cash. Tips are accepted but not expected.

Please ensure your hair is clean and detangled before your appointment unless you have booked a service including a wash! I follow sanitation protocols and clean my tools between every client.

I love pets and kids, please make sure they are safe and out of the way during cutting or styling. I reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
